PureBasic 是一個新的基於"BASIC"標準的"進階"程式語言. 它相容其它任何 "BASIC" 編譯
器, 不管它是Amiga 或 PC 格式. 學習 PureBasic非常簡單! PureBasic已經贏得了很多初學
者和專家.編緝時間是確實很快.它已經開發了Windows的版本. 為快速認識和系統學習這門語言
,我做了大量的工作,使用了友好的語言.
語法很簡單並且可能是非常"進階"的函數,如指標,結構,過程,動態鏈表等. 富有經驗的程式員
可以毫不費力的訪問系統支援的結構和 Windows API .

PureBasic 是一個相容性廣泛的程式語言`,支援 AmigaOS (680x0 和 PowerPC) 和 Windows電
腦系統. 這意味著同樣的代碼可以被編譯為兩種系統的本地代碼而流暢運行.沒有瓶頸象虛擬的
機器和代碼翻譯器,生成的代碼是一個改善過的可執行程式.外部庫是充分寫了支援改善的彙編
程式,每個程式非常快,指令常常比C/C++還快或等同.

PureBasic主要特色:
- 支援486, Pentium (Pro, II, III)
- 內嵌陣列, 動態表, 復合體結構,指標,和變量定義
- 已支援類型: Byte (8 bits), Word (16 bits), Long (32 bits), Float (32 bits) 和使用
  者自訂類型(結構)
- 內建字串類型(characters)
- 支援常量,二進位和十六進位的數值
- 常量和數字資料可寫在一個表達中
- 標準算術支援遵守符號優先和括號: +, -, /, *, and, or, <<, >>
- 高速編譯器, 大約 300 000 行/分鐘在P200!
- 過程支援本地和全局變量結構程式
- 支援所有標準 BASIC 關鍵詞: If-Else-EndIf, Repeat-Until, 等等
- 使用私人庫操縱 BMP 圖像, windows, gadgets, DirectX, 等等
- 使用私人用庫充分支援改善速度和體積的彙編程式
- BASIC關鍵字一樣完全支援Win32 API
- 彙編程式內嵌
- 為快速編譯使用固定檔案預編譯結構
