點心 蛋黃焗南瓜的做法

蛋黃焗南瓜:南瓜與蛋黃炒制而成,菜品外咸里甜,外酥里糯,是許多飯館酒店菜單上常見的美食,烹制方法不算複雜,非常適合居家烹飪。今天我就自己在家做來吃咯。

[li]鹽適量[/li]
[li]白糖適量[/li]

1.蛋黃放入碗內,蓋保鮮膜,入蒸鍋蒸5分鐘,燜5分鐘。[/li]

2.將蛋黃用勺背碾碎。[/li]

3.南瓜去皮、去種子,切成塊。[/li]

4.用刀將種子部分切掉。[/li]

5.修整去掉內瓤。[/li]

6.切長方形條[/li]

[li]9.放入澱粉,晃動盤子,使其裹勻。[/li]

[li]1、南瓜炸過後,攤開存放在廚房紙上,吸油。2、蛋黃事先蒸熟,碾碎備用。3、放芝士粉,可以提味,沒有可省略。[/li]
