2. 利用手持攪拌器中速打3-5分鐘,蛋糖液顏色發白,有點空氣感,非常濃稠。

3. 將玫瑰普洱茶粉攪入低筋麵粉後拌均勻,再將麵粉篩入輕輕拌勻。
