自製純肉貢丸

新鮮後腿肉製作.味道鮮美 不含硼砂.防腐劑.
手打肉漿.Q彈好滋味.一口咬下還會爆汁呢~

食材
後腿肉500克
太白粉3大匙
白胡椒粉3小匙
五香粉1小匙
康寶鮮味炒手2匙
砂糖1匙
冰水150cc

絞肉加入太白粉.糖.鹽.鮮味炒手.糖.白胡椒.五香粉.拌勻.放冷凍30分

加入一半的冰水用攪拌機打至反白.中途用刮刀把鍋邊的絞肉拌勻.再加入另一半的冰水繼續用攪拌機打
