清蒸螃蟹❤薑醋沾醬調法

螃蟹適量
檸檬汁1大匙
蜂蜜1大匙
白醋2大匙
薑泥0.5大匙

1 *先把蟹腳,蟹身用牙刷刷一下清洗乾淨喔~

2 *清蒸個15-20分鐘即可~

3 *薑醋沾醬的調法~白醋:檸檬汁:蜂蜜:薑泥大概抓2:1:1:0.5大匙喔~

4 (想吃酸一點的朋友可以白醋多加些這樣,沒有檸檬的話用金桔也可以唷~)
