蕃茄炒蛋❤滑蛋升級版

調味
蕃茄醬3大匙
水2大匙
糖1大匙
鹽少許

蛋3顆
蕃茄1-2顆
牛奶50ml

[b]作法[/b]
1 *將蛋與牛奶稍為打勻,讓空氣打入~增加蛋的澎鬆感~

2 *熱油鍋,油熱了後放入蛋液快速攪拌~

3 *呈現半熟滑嫩狀態時,迅速撈起~

4 *再熱一油鍋放入蕃茄拌炒至茄紅素釋出,鍋內有粉色的液體流出。

5 *放入其他調味(蕃茄醬,糖,水)拌勻後,放入半熟蛋液快速攪拌均勻,調味一些鹽巴即可上菜~

6 *好吃滑嫩的蕃茄炒蛋,不加太白粉水一樣有勾芡口感喔~
