新手料理-古早味醬油炒蛋

蛋7顆
醬油膏1大匙
植物油(橄欖油.沙拉油皆可 3大匙

1 從冰箱取出的雞蛋放在室溫稍微回溫

2 要選用醬油"膏"喔~

3 七顆蛋 放入碗中打均勻

4 倒適量(可以喜好增減)的油開始熱鍋

5 蛋周邊凝結再翻炒,不要過度拌炒會使成品過於破碎影響口感

6 以中小火拌炒   大火會使得蛋熟的太快容易燒焦

7 炒到凝結未全乾的狀態即可加入醬油膏

8 注意炒蛋不要全乾再到醬油喔,由鍋邊倒入醬油膏炒勻

9 炒至均勻上色即可上菜囉~(可以熄火再炒就不會出現燒焦了
