杏仁瓦片

食材
蛋3顆
無鹽奶油50g
糖50g
低筋麵粉50g
杏仁片180g
鹽1小匙

作法
1 3顆蛋加上糖打散拌勻至糖溶化

2 奶油隔水加熱或是微波溶化成液狀,拌入蛋液中

3 麵粉過篩一起拌勻

4 最後加入杏仁片,小心拌勻,盡量不要讓杏仁片碎掉

5 拌好的麵糊長這樣,可以先冰進冰箱30分鐘,可以讓杏仁稍微吃進味道,不冰也可以直接烤

6 烤盤鋪上烘焙紙,再將杏仁糊薄薄鋪上,盡量不要讓杏仁疊太厚,整盤厚度相同受熱比較均勻,可以用叉子或是直接用手指推開

7 烤箱預熱150度C,烤20分鐘
