清蒸臭豆腐

小魚豆乾醬適量
毛豆適量
蔥花適量
臭豆腐2大塊

作法
1  臭豆腐洗乾淨，表面廚紙吸乾水份。 臭豆腐切適當大小塊狀，入盤中。 小魚豆乾醬放上面。

2 毛豆洗乾淨，也灑上盤中。
入電鍋蒸，外鍋1.5杯冷開水蒸。

3 取出，灑上蔥花。

4 這一盤沒有放毛豆的，只放蔥花。
