印度烙餅

食材 ( 2 人份 )
高筋麵粉300g
油20g
鹽、糖1茶匙
酵母1茶匙
水100cc
奶油少許
香料適量

作法
1 將高筋麵粉、油、鹽、糖倒入容器內,將水與酵母攪拌均勻後一併拌入

2 拌至團狀後再分切成8小團,搓圓放入盆內發酵30分鐘

3 發酵完成後用桿麵棍桿為0.5公分薄餅狀

4 塗上奶油後灑香料,餅皮完成囉!

5 小火溫鍋後,於鍋內抹上少許的奶油即可開始烙煎

6 烙的時間約為30秒翻面一次,當餅皮如圖膨脹並發出香味就完成囉!
