扁豆炒菇

食材
扁豆200g
鮮香菇3朵
大蒜2瓣
鹽1小匙
醬油少許


作法
1 扁豆撕去旁邊比較瓜的絲,香菇切片備用 \

2 起一熱鍋,加入一匙油與大蒜還有香菇蒂先爆香

3 香氣出來之後放入扁豆拌炒至稍微變色

4 加入鹽與少許醬油增加香氣
放入香菇一起拌炒,加入20CC水,蓋上鍋蓋悶1分鐘即可
