自製脆瓜超簡單

食材 ( 10 人份 )
小黃瓜1斤
調味料
糖1/2杯
醋1/2杯
醬油1/2杯


作法
1 小黃瓜洗淨、擦乾

2 切長條,有的小黃瓜中間太多籽的可以去掉一些

3 將所有調味料煮滾

4 放入脆瓜(煮的過程不要蓋鍋蓋喔)

5 邊煮邊慢慢攪拌

6 煮到醬汁滾的時候,再拌一下,確定受熱均勻後就要趕快撈起了!

7 放在平盤上,用電風扇讓小黃瓜趕快散熱喔!

8 煮小黃瓜的醬汁轉小火,續滾3-5分鐘到完全沒生菌喔(不要蓋鍋蓋,讓小黃瓜釋放出來的水份多蒸發一些),放涼後再跟脆瓜一起放到冰箱
