雞蛋二顆

1 首先蘿蔔糕切塊大小約小指的寬度.

2 鍋子燒熱才加入適量的油潤鍋.鍋邊都要讓油沾到.這樣才不會沾鍋.一般會煎到沾鍋都是鍋子不夠熱跟油的潤鍋不夠.

3 一面焦香後再翻面.一塊一塊慢慢翻面.不要一直翻面會影響美觀.

4 雞蛋打散.放入鍋中搖晃均勻.煎成蛋皮.不必到全熟.

5 鍋中的蛋皮放入蘿蔔糕.捲成蛋捲狀.

6 雙色蘿蔔糕完成.
