咖哩口味炸雞

雞腿肉一枚
醃漬液1
●酒1大匙
●咖哩塊切成細末1大匙
●胡椒,鹽少許
●蛋白1個
●牛奶1大匙
●低筋麵粉1.5大匙
●太白粉1.5大匙
炸粉1
★咖哩粉1小匙
★太白粉6大匙

[b]作法[/b]
1 先將雞肉切成小塊,然後加入醃漬液●仔細拌勻後放約三十分鐘以上

2 雞肉沾上仔細混合好的炸粉★後就可放入油鍋

3 用180度的油炸約1分30秒後,一度取出,放置約四分鐘後再度第二次油炸約四十秒就完成
