絲瓜鮮肉粥

[b]食材 ( 2 人份 )[/b]
絲瓜1小段
蝦米1中匙
五花肉絲30g
蒜頭3顆
雞蛋1顆
彩色米-(綠)芥菜1米量杯
鹽適量
香油數滴
胡椒粉適量


[b]作法[/b]
1 備料:將絲瓜刨皮切丁塊、肉絲、蒜片、蝦米泡溫水、雞蛋備用

2 準備米飯:我選用有淡淡芋香味的彩色米-芥菜

3 先將雞蛋拌勻後放入鍋中少許的油煎成蛋皮,放涼後切細片

4 接著再將蒜片、蝦米爆香,放入肉絲拌炒,再放入絲瓜丁一起烹煮

5 再加入綠彩米及適量的水分滾煮

6 粥的軟硬度及濃稠度依個人喜愛自己拿捏,起鍋前調味即可
