培根香炒飯

[b]食材[/b]
白飯2碗
紅蔥頭末2∼3大匙
蒜末1大匙
蛋2顆
培根3∼4條
玉米粒約半罐
玉米罐頭的湯汁2大匙
紅蘿蔔末1∼2大匙
奶油30g
香菜末約6大匙
(調味)黑胡椒粒3大匙
(調味)鹽2小匙
(調味)蒜粒粉適量

[b]作法[/b]
1 鍋中倒入適量的油∼放進培根和紅蘿蔔末爆炒至培根焦香∼油脂稍微炒出紅蘿蔔素!

2 放進紅蔥頭末,蒜末繼續翻炒香∼

3 倒進打散的蛋液∼趁蛋液還沒凝固放進白飯一起翻炒(此動作可以讓蛋更均勻的包裹住飯粒)∼

4 放進玉米粒繼續翻炒∼再倒進玉米湯汁調整一下炒飯的濕度,以免太乾了!最後放進鹽巴∼關小火∼再加進奶油翻炒一下即可關火∼加進香菜末拌勻即可成盤

5 盛盤後灑上適量的黑胡椒粒少許的蒜粒粉即可完成!
