檸香三文魚醬

自家做醬料本已是非常能令人放鬆心情的過程。在不同節日,手工的果醬、麵包醬,是送人的最好禮物,不過要留意只可保存3至4天。

[b]材料:[/b]
刺身三文魚柳150克、百里香草2條、檸檬片2片、鹽/黑胡椒/餅乾各適量、牛油10克、蛋黃醬20克、淡忌廉1湯匙、檸檬汁1茶匙

[b]做法:[/b]
1.水煮沸,加入百里香草、少許鹽和黑胡椒、檸檬片略滾,加入三文魚柳慢火煮至表面剛熟。取出魚柳吸乾水份。

2.趁魚柳熱時加入牛油壓拌至溶。

3.加入蛋黃醬、淡忌廉、檸檬汁拌勻,壓成三文魚碎。

4.三文魚醬盛入玻璃瓶中,放雪櫃待用。可伴小餅乾享用。
