是巧合，還是冥冥中安排？
蘇飛（黃浩然飾）乃「永昌盛公司」話事人，義薄雲天，可是一眾兄弟不是年老便是體弱，生意寥寥。因入不敷支，未能繳納地稅，被政府封舖。四大商會之首「協和行」舉行五十周年慈善首映禮，遭黑幫破壞，飛俠義相助，圖與協和行拉攏關係。可是，相助不成，卻弄巧反拙。
協和行生意廣泛，包攬多個政府項目的專營權，這龐大生意王國的掌陀人，正是唐家大小姐唐雅媛（郭羨妮飾）！雅媛為了家業，犧牲了跟妹妹唐雅文（林夏薇飾）相聚的時間。另一方面，要絞盡腦汁排解家人為芝麻綠豆小事挑起的紛爭，更要施展渾身解數與市政府官員周旋，甚至自動請纓承辦一個被喻為「豬頭骨」、「無油水」的花地碼頭經營權。家中未有人肯承辦此生意，只剩下一位與唐家沒有血脈關係的宋禮和（陳錦鴻飾）。禮和自覺當了唐家閒人一輩子，好不慚愧，遂接手此工作。
永昌盛被封舖，飛帶著兄弟輾轉來到花地碼頭，接手一間「咕哩館」經營。就此飛跟禮和及雅媛遇上，三人命運從此互相影響，改變一生……
