樂壇最後一張成績表《第三十二屆十大中文金曲》頒獎禮昨晚塵埃落定，祖兒狂擸六個獎兼擸埋「傳媒大獎」，三度稱霸成為終極大贏家，至於同樣橫掃六個獎的陳奕迅（Eason）則飲恨屈居阿二！
昨晚「傳媒大獎」在一片爭議聲中頒發，化身希臘女神的祖兒個人囊括「全國最佳歌手（女歌手）」、「十大金曲獎」、「全年最高銷量歌手大獎（女歌手）」、「優秀流行歌手大獎」、「最優秀流行女歌手大獎」等五個獎，以總數十八個獎項，擊敗只得十六個獎的陳奕迅（Eason），三度獲得「傳媒大獎」成為終極霸主，在全年四個頒獎禮加上傳媒大獎共奪十九獎的祖兒在得獎時表示：「多謝我嘅歌迷，一個歌手價值係來自你哋所花嘅時間，同埋畀我嘅支持，我非常感激，我會繼續努力！」

[/td] [/tr] [/table] 經歷風雨成長 然而，成為09年樂壇大贏家的祖兒，獲得「傳媒大獎」後竟未如往年得獎般，獲安排演繹自己歌曲，反而與全部歌手合唱嘉賓張學友的《愛是永恆》。祖兒談到得獎感受時表示：「入行十年多謝大家陪我成長、教我好多嘢，呢十年經歷好多風風雨雨，同埋喺樂壇一直以嚟經歷好多嘢先得今日，希望大家繼續努力。」
昨晚賽果亦令人「跌眼鏡」，「十三優」得獎歌手的蔡卓妍、林峯、方大同均未能打入「十大金曲」，反而泳兒和海鳴威合唱的《我的回憶不是我的》則「爆冷」打入「十大金曲」，而張敬軒則憑《Yes & No》打敗陳奕迅奪得「全國最佳中文歌曲獎」。至於在無綫搶金曲金獎失敗的衞蘭昨晚則憑《就算世界無童話》打入十大金曲，爭回一口氣。

陳百強得金針 港台昨晚頒發「金針獎」予陳百強，由陳百強父親陳鵬飛代為領獎，陳父致詞時表示：「好開心代表陳百強接受香港電台頒發嘅金針獎，好多謝歌迷朋友，同時要多謝電台！」而張敬軒、王菀之及Joey Tang更自彈自唱《有了你》和《偏偏喜歡你》向陳百強致敬，肥媽更感動落淚，但新一輩歌手卻沒有反應亦無歌手起立致敬，似有欠尊重。
頒獎禮甫開始便由謝安琪（Kay）以頒獎嘉賓身份頒發第一首「金曲獎」給祖兒，之後祖兒和G.E.M.頒發第四首金曲給泳兒和海鳴威時，主持李志剛問祖兒擇偶條件，她表示：「最緊要有才華、好笑同幽默感，好似你咁靚仔！」而泳兒領獎時竟興奮得反問主持自己拿甚麼獎，又邊落淚邊聲震震說：「我真係冇諗過呢首歌可以入到十大！」此外，李克勤及何韻詩昨日繼續「捧蛋」兼缺席。
頒獎禮事前聲明會足本播放，可是昨晚的直播卻將全體歌手合唱廣東經典歌的環節刪除，據頒獎禮製作總監周國豐表示：「只因為節目overrun關係。」
《瘋Show快活人》三名主持在台上寸爆無綫，以「傳媒大獎」來開玩笑：「最具親民傳媒獎應該頒畀親生仔女嗰啲。」
