1. 鑒於難得見到中文﹝繁體，台灣﹞版的下載，特別製作此一vol大企業版已嚮各位台灣的同好與朋友。
2. 本版以clean, stable & performance為原則，不加入任何其他非原屬系統組件，確保純淨與原汁風味。
3. 此版本已經嚴格實際安裝與測試，完成安裝後決無任何安裝錯誤信息被記載入setuperr.txt或事件檢視器的系統信息表裡【詳見附圖】。
  除了不是微軟官方封裝以外，保證99.99%的微軟原味作品。
4. 本上傳種子位於美國且發布於美國，若連接不到種子請勿犯愁，只要繼續保持掛著就會下載完，
  並建議採用utorrent v1.77下載，這樣可以確保下載時會更容易看到或連接到種子。
5. 本人以過去研究微軟各種操作系統多年之經驗首次製作台灣繁體中文版分享在台朋友，歡迎試用與批評指教！不喜歡者請保持沉默飄過。
